擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動式(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)是輸出扭矩(ju)并實現往復(fu)運動的執(zhi)行元件,有單葉片、雙葉片、螺旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動等幾(ji)種形(xing)式(shi)。葉片式(shi)式(shi):定(ding)子塊固定(ding)在(zai)(zai)缸(gang)體(ti)上,而葉片和轉子連接在(zai)(zai)一起。根(gen)據進油(you)方向,葉片將帶(dai)動轉子作(zuo)往復(fu)擺(bai)動。螺旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動式(shi)又分單螺旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動和雙螺旋(xuan)(xuan)兩種,現在(zai)(zai)雙螺旋(xuan)(xuan)比較常用,靠兩個螺旋(xuan)(xuan)副降液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)內活塞的直(zhi)線運動轉變(bian)為直(zhi)線運動與自(zi)轉運動的復(fu)he運動,從而實現擺(bai)動運動。

缸(gang)筒(tong)和缸(gang)蓋
一般來說,缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)和(he)(he)缸(gang)(gang)蓋的結(jie)(jie)構(gou)形(xing)式和(he)(he)其使用(yong)(yong)的材料(liao)有關。工(gong)作壓力p<10MPa時(shi)(shi),使用(yong)(yong)鑄鐵(tie);p<20MPa時(shi)(shi),使用(yong)(yong)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管;p>20MPa時(shi)(shi),使用(yong)(yong)鑄鋼(gang)(gang)或(huo)鍛鋼(gang)(gang)。法(fa)蘭連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,結(jie)(jie)構(gou)簡單(dan),容易(yi)加工(gong),也(ye)容易(yi)裝(zhuang)拆(chai),但外形(xing)尺(chi)(chi)寸和(he)(he)重量都較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)鑄鐵(tie)制的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)上(shang)。半(ban)環連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,它(ta)的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)壁部因開了環形(xing)槽而削弱(ruo)了強度,為此有時(shi)(shi)要加厚缸(gang)(gang)壁,它(ta)容易(yi)加工(gong)和(he)(he)裝(zhuang)拆(chai),重量較(jiao)(jiao)輕,常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管或(huo)鍛鋼(gang)(gang)制的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)上(shang)。螺紋連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,它(ta)的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)端(duan)部結(jie)(jie)構(gou)復雜,外徑(jing)加工(gong)時(shi)(shi)要求(qiu)保證內外徑(jing)同心(xin),裝(zhuang)拆(chai)要使用(yong)(yong)工(gong)具(ju),它(ta)的外形(xing)尺(chi)(chi)寸和(he)(he)重量都較(jiao)(jiao)小,常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管或(huo)鑄鋼(gang)(gang)制的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)上(shang)。拉桿連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,結(jie)(jie)構(gou)的通用(yong)(yong)性大(da),容易(yi)加工(gong)和(he)(he)裝(zhuang)拆(chai),但外形(xing)尺(chi)(chi)寸較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),且較(jiao)(jiao)重。焊接(jie)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式,結(jie)(jie)構(gou)簡單(dan),尺(chi)(chi)寸小,但缸(gang)(gang)底處(chu)內徑(jing)不易(yi)加工(gong),且可(ke)能引起變形(xing)。
、液壓缸低速爬行(xing)的現象
液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸的活塞桿(gan)在油壓(ya)(ya)的作(zuo)用下伸出或縮回時,經(jing)常出現(xian)(xian)(xian)速(su)度不均勻現(xian)(xian)(xian)象,并有(you)時伴有(you)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)和異響,從而引起(qi)整個液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)的振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),并帶動(dong)主機其它部件振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),在主機調試過程(cheng)中經(jing)常出現(xian)(xian)(xian),有(you)時速(su)度快了,這種(zhong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象會減輕。除因液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)管路引起(qi)這種(zhong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象以外,液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸自身產生的振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)也經(jing)常引發(fa)此類(lei)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象。
原因分析
液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸有(you)桿腔(qiang)(qiang)和無桿腔(qiang)(qiang)存有(you)氣體而(er)產生的(de)低速爬(pa)行,由于氣體混在液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)油中,在壓(ya)力的(de)作用下,容器內體積變化,在高壓(ya)作用下甚至發生氣體瞬間(jian),從(cong)而(er)引起液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸的(de)速度不(bu)穩(wen)定。
